The same context token can be used multiple times in a conversation. Usage can be tracked in the analytics dashboard.

We offer different levels of support based on your plan. The Free plan includes ticket support with a 5-business day response time. The Standard plan offers ticket support with a 1-business day response time. Enterprise plans include a dedicated support manager and premium support.

At this time, you can't select or choose your own LLM model. VableAI uses custom/fine-tuned models to provide a seamless experience. However model customization is offered in the Enterprise plan. Please contact support for more information.
